In the past years, we are always using imported laser scan micrometer to measure diameter of the dies. Now along with the increasing need of dies, the second laser scan micrometer comes to our factory.
This laser scan micrometer owns high-accuracy non-contact measuring sensors and combines high-rate scanning with highly accurate measurement. It can correct the diameter results to five decimal places. So this machine is comparatively suitable for natural diamond dies , mono diamond dies as well as other dies with small diameters.
We measure the dies with this laser scan micrometer to ensure the accuracy of diameter.
